Dont know why, im starting to miss the times we had in 4e7. The crap we had, the fun we had, the laughter we had together, and most of all, the experience. I wont say that without u guys i wouldnt live. But i would say that without u guys, i dont know what my life is right now. Everyone is a part of 4e7. It makes a picture complete. Without a missing piece, there’ll always be a small gap in the hole. Everyone makes up a picture here, and through this pictures, tells a thousand words. If u ask me, i’d rather start 3e7 once again. =) it’s as though i first entered class only yesterday. Time flies, we talk about fun, beginning of the year, we say O levels so far away. Now, in a blink, it’s so near towards us. Yes, days in secondary school is getting lesser. Everyone is part of my experience. Yeah. you guys complete my journey in YSS. U know, it’s never about the school that brought us together. It’s about the class and the times we had as a class that brought us all together, in two years. And i really pray and hope that, these 2 years wont end. I’ll still get to see everyone. =) Jiayou people. From the bottom of my heart, i love 4e7! =)

Legendary pop star had been preparing for London comeback tour

Michael Jackson had been planning to start a series of comeback concerts in London and had been rehearsing in the Los Angeles area for the past two months. Promoters of the shows said in March that he had passed a lengthy physical examination.

Jackson died at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. Ed Winter, the assistant chief coroner for Los Angeles County, confirmed his office had been notified of the death and would handle the investigation.

Hello babes and hunks of 4E7!

Today was Sports and Arts carnival.
I hoped you guys have had fun.
Firstly, I would like to congratulate our team of 4E7 clinched a position of being first in the Frisbee competition!
*Applause starts* *Whistles at team* *Someone shouts: Bravo!*

Yay!
It was funny, I was there to see the DotA's competition.
Two teams got instant wins in the midst of the game.
There were four teams, Team A VS Team Hope (Daniel's)
Team B VS Team Default (Wei Yang's)
It was freaking funny on how Team Default and Team Hope won to compete in the later finals.
One of Team A's member who got ganged and killed went to All Chat in the midst of the game and typed: _l_ <- middle finger.
Lmao, it was a immediate disqualification for Team A.
That's how Team Hope won.
After that, one of Team B's member babbled a 'f' word when he got killed.
I still remember Mr Ang saying: "Team B disqualified, continue with the game." Rofl.
Moments later, the finals was up.
I didn't get the scores.
But I only have knowledge that Team Default won while Team Hope got second.
I've heard Wei Yang managed to farm a Divine Rapier with his Nerubian Assassin. Wtf.
It was a good game.
At first, I didn't wanted to check on the DotA competition, I was there for the sake of the air-con. It is a terribly hot day, I have to cool myself down in that room. :D

Today was the all-English exam day.
It was indeed stressful.

For your information, the winner of Britain's Got Talent show will perform in front of the Queen of Britain! That's a life changing experience, everyone wants to go through.
Susan may not look good on the outside, but she dared to purse her dream in her case, a professional singer.

PARIS : Slaying hordes of bad guys - the more the better - in fast-paced video games improves vision, a study published Sunday showed for the first time.

Far from being harmful to eyesight, as some had feared, action games such as "Counter-Strike", "Call of Duty", or "Left 4 Dead" provide excellent training for what eye doctors call contrast sensitivity, the study found.

Contrast sensitivity is the ability to notice tiny changes in shades of grey against a uniform background, and is critical to everyday activities such as night driving and reading. It often degrades with age.

The findings, published in Nature Neuroscience, reveal a previously unsuspected adaptability in the brain, and could open the way to new therapies, the researchers said.

"This is not a skill that people were supposed to get better at by training," said Daphne Bavelier, a professor at the University of Rochester in New York state and the study's lead researcher.

"It was something that we corrected for at the level of the optics of the eye - to get better contrast detection you get glasses or laser surgery."

"What we found is that even without this correction you can help your brain make better use of whatever information is received from your retina," she said in a phone interview.

For the study, Bavelier and three colleagues conducted two sets of experiments.

In the first, they compared the contrast sensitivity of hard-core action game players with video game aficionados of the same age who preferred less rapid-fire fare.

In action games, players typically target and shoot figures that pop up suddenly on a computer screen.

The researchers found that the action buffs were 50 per cent more efficient at detecting contrast.

But there remained a chicken-or-egg question: had their vision been improved by playing, or did they become action game players because they had better than average contrast sensitivity to start with?

To find out, Bavelier asked two groups of non-action video game players to undergo 50 hours of training. One played a popular point-and-shoot game called Call of Duty, and the other played a game that offered a rich visual
experience, but one bereft of action.

"We found that the people in the first group improved by 43 per cent, and the other group not at all," she said.

As important, the study also found that the improvement was not transitory. "The positive effect remained months, even years after training, indicating long-lasting gains," she added.

Is there some limit beyond which playing action games loses its positive effect or becomes detrimental? Can you, in other words, have too much of a "good thing"?

"For your visual system, probably not. For your social life, perhaps," said Bavelier.

Ah, yes.
Another "fun" day of school. :D
Mrs Chan had a 'chim' talk about how to manage our studies.
1 hour per chapter of each subject till Mid-Year examinations.
The whole class had two tests in a row during the Science extended lesson.
Torturing indeed.
Everyone should be worried about their scores, right? :D
